Kelly Pagoni started her professional career with the Assurance & Business Advisory Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Greece. Subsequently, she moved into mainstream auditing where she held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in Senior Auditor. During her tenure with this Big Four firm she was engaged in and oversaw audits of a multitude of companies in numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and financial services & banking. The scope of her assignments included diverse areas such as mergers & acquisitions, internal control assessments, financial reporting under IFRS and external audits pursuant to local company law.

In 2004 she joined the Gerolymatos Group as an Assistant Controller and was later promoted to Controller of the Group's Cosmetics Division. In this capacity, she oversaw all financial aspects of this robust business unit and interacted with executives of the company's principals in a wide range of business and financial issues. The roster of principals with whom the Gerolymatos Group had distributorship agreements included world-renown companies such as Procter & Gamble and Beiersdorf's La Prairie. In addition to her responsibilities as a Controller, she was also subsequently given the additional role of Head of Sales Support and Administration where she oversaw order fulfillment and customer service. As a senior member of the business unit, she served as a member of the executive committee of the Cosmetics Division.

In 2009 she joined Leriva where she holds the position of Group Finance Director. In this capacity she was deeply involved in all legal, administrative and tax formalities associated with the establishment of the various legal entities and also oversaw the implementation of SAP, the company's information technology platform. From its inception, Kelly has played an instrumental role in the growth of Leriva and her contributions are both major and varied. Today, she oversees a sizeable organization and manages all aspects of the financial function, including accounting, statutory and management reporting, tax, corporate secretarial matters, financing and relationships with banks. She is a valued business partner to the Group’s business units and serves on the board of all four of the Leriva legal entities.

Kelly Pagoni was born in Athens and is fluent in English and German. In her career she has had diverse experiences across several industries and numerous disciplines. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc) in Accounting & Economics.
