Ina Pagoni started her professional career in the Tax & Legal Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998. Subsequently, she moved to the Marketing & Communications department where she held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in Senior Consultant. During her tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers she was engaged in the management of events, the organization and coordination of corporate conferences, training seminars and press conferences.
In 2004 she joined C&C International as a Project Manager where she was involved in the organization of Pan-Hellenic, Pan-European and International medical and pharmaceutical conferences. She continued her career in the same position at ZITA Congress & Travel where she also supervised and coordinated a multitude of organizational issues and liaised with executives of the client medical and pharmaceutical companies.
Ina joined Leriva in 2011 as an HR Administrator. At the time, the total headcount num-bered approximately 10 people. Over the years, with the growth and expansion of its businesses, new employees were hired and developed to meet the needs of Leriva’s diverse businesses and support functions. Today, with a multitude of locations that include not only the head office in Melissia, but also a distribution center in Aspropyrgos, a regional branch office in Salonica and a separate facility for the Group’s team of service engineers, Leriva has a workforce of almost 70 employees. Following her initial appointment as HR Administrator, Ina was soon promoted to the position of HR Manager. In this capacity, she has overseen the recruiting and hiring employees with the specific skill sets that are required to meet Leriva’s current and future needs.
In addition to the instrumental role that Ina plays in recruitment, she also oversees em-ployee benefit programs, coordinates training and development initiatives to maintain a healthy talent pipeline, administers the payroll, exercises oversight of the occupational and workplace safety function, and manages all other aspects related to human re-sources. Beyond her duties in the human resources field, Ina also manages the company fleet and the Group’s mobile phone plans, which include interactions with representatives of these companies and the negotiation of contracts. As an active member of the senior management team, and with her intimate knowledge of the various operational as aspects of Leriva’s businesses, she also serves as the Quality Manager of one of the Group’s legal entities.
Ina Pagoni was born in Athens and is fluent in English. In her 20-year career she has had diverse experience across several industries and numerous disciplines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
